Refund and cancellation policy
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If we ever need to cancel for technical reasons, you will receive a full refund or a new slot that works for you.
